What we collect, and what we don't.

Vibe Agents is pre-launch. There is no account system and no product to log into yet, so there is very little to collect — and this page describes all of it plainly rather than in the abstract.

01Who we are

Vibe Agents is operated by Las Vibras Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13606260, with its registered office at 3 Ash Grove, London, England, N10 3UL. Las Vibras Ltd is the data controller for the information described below.

02The waitlist

If you enter an email address in one of our waitlist dialogs, we store:

• Your email address — so we can tell you when access opens.
• Which part of the site you signed up from — for example the hero button or the agent builder — so we know what people respond to.
• The agent description you typed, if you signed up straight from the builder preview. It tells us what people actually want to build.
• The time you signed up.

That is the whole record. We do not ask for a name, a wallet address, or anything else, and there is nothing else attached to it.

Your browser also keeps a copy of your signup locally, so the site doesn't ask you twice on the same device. Clearing your browser's site data for vibeagents.xyz removes it.

03What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your address. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
• We do not send marketing unrelated to Vibe Agents launching.
• We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signatures — and we never will. Anyone doing so in our name is not us.

04The builder preview

Anything you type into the agent builder on the home page is processed entirely inside your own browser. Prompts are not transmitted anywhere, are not sent to a model, and are not logged — unless you choose to attach one to a waitlist signup as described above.

05Services we rely on

• Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host it records standard request logs — IP address, browser type, page requested — for security and reliability.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address in doing so.
• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and which buttons get used. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you — we see totals, not people.

If we add anything else that touches your data, this page changes before it ships, not after.

06Your rights

You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Email team@vibeagents.xyz and it is removed — you can also message us on X or Telegram. Every email we eventually send will also carry a one-click unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. We rely on your consent to hold your waitlist entry, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. We answer requests within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

We keep waitlist entries until launch, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. We do not transfer them outside our hosting and email providers.

07Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on X and Telegram.
